There's limited parking in the small parking lot and only outdoor seating. Varying levels of spiciness are available for the sauces and chicken. We enjoyed the chicken tenders and corn fritters. Jumbo wings and a chicken sandwich were also featured on the menu.

Ordered some food to the job today and is better than I expected. The chicken is seasoned perfectly, fries were hot and crispy, chicken sandwich has the perfect amount of heat. Will definitely stop in on a day off of work. The chucks sauce is amazing as well as the mac and cheese.

This spot was very nice to sit out and eat on a warm fall day. Chicken sandwiches were so delicious. Made to perfection. Will be going back to up my spice limit. Would highly recommend this spot.

Walked up, ordered, I had my food within just a few minutes. All was fresh and hot. Great flavor! The chicken on the sandwich was just slightly over cooked but was still great! Lady working the order has some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. The covered patio was perfect!

Staff here are always quick with orders and the food comes out hot and delicious. I order ahead online and my meal is always ready when they say it will be, if not before. Love the heat and so glad to have a Chuck's in the city!

Had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich at level 6 spiciness. That level 6 humbled me and my body couldn't keep it down. Why the five star. That's the first restaurant to actually provide a SPICY chicken sandwich. Eat at your own risk but before the extreme reaction the sandwich was good

I went out to get Groceries and Beer, and came home with Chuck's Hot Chicken instead. We've been waiting for this place to open ever since seeing the signage changes, and as a lover of hot, spicy fried chicken, I knew I had to try this place as soon as it opened. And I'm about to tell you, it's phenomenal. I've been to Nashville and had Nashville Hot Chicken, and I can say with 0% doubt that this place is better than what I had in Nashville. For the chicken sandwich, I decided it was time to go in HOT, and as an absolute lover of actually spicy food, the #5 surprised and sated me. The heat rush I got from it was intense, and I could feel the endorphins running. It was incredibly crunchy, sauced well, and paired with a delicious bun and pickles. I probably won't try the #6 unless I just really want to be in pain. To be clear, #5 was actually hot, not a "I think pickled jalapenos are hot" but a "I have to remember to wash my hands after this or I'm going to be blind if I rub my eyes" hot. The side of fries was probably one of the best seasoned fries I have ever had. They were crunchy, seasoned well, and perfectly fried and hot(temperature, not spice). We also tried the corn fritters, and if you're a lover of fried sweet corn, you will probably love them just as much as I did. We also tried the frozen lemonade drinks, and they were the perfect combination to this spicy meal. I know that I will be spending lots of money at this incredible joint, and I'm super happy that they decided to open in south city. When the weather gets better, this will be the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy the best hot chicken around.

Best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Pricey because of the quality. The first time I asked for a 7/6 spicy level and they let me down; it was just regular really spicy. My second time I told them I was disappointed the first time and asked them for the spiciest sandwich they've ever made. I said I wanted tears, snot and insufferable pain. They delivered. The sandwich was super spicy and, while the tears and snot were minimal, they did make sure to induce insufferable pain about two hours after ingestion which is always a good indicator of quality chili peppers in the mix :) My insides endured a twisting pain that induced a lasting healing experience. They make great food no matter your spice tolerance (they use a spicy scale of 1-6) but most importantly they are a fantastic crew open to criticism and are extremely accommodating. The corn fritters are also something I highly recommend if you like corn :p If I could afford to do so, I would eat here multiple times a week. Unfortunately I have a big appetite and they will have to remain a treat for the foreseeable future. I'm looking forward to my next pain sandwich
